Nicely furnished double room to let.

Hi, I have a fully furnished double room to let from June.

Plenty of storage space and a lovely view out over the back garden (which gets loads of sun and is 100 feet long, as is the adjoining garden) so it's very quiet and private.

All the usual mod cons, two toilets, good sized bathroom (freshly decorated to high standards) with huge bath and a good shower, good sized kitchen with all the expected tools and gadgets in.
Sky tv, broadband, no phone.
I expect people to treat it as their home, relax, borrow books etc, enjoy.

I have a garage, so there is some extra storage space available at no extra charge.
Off road parking is available, it's a long driveway, and I'm also in the process of making more space at the front of the house (work in progress at the mo, so is abit untidy).

I expect the room to be clean at all times and to share some of the housework and basic costs (loo roll, washing up liquid etc etc)

I work shifts so you'll have the place to yourself at night every other two weeks. I don't smoke so would prefer a non smoker but if you smoke outside that's ok.

I have a small friendly dog thats good company and no hassle.

Five minutes drive to the supermarkets (Tesco and Aldi), on the bus route with a good pub nearby and plenty of take away's close. About 3 minutes from the A50, 10 minutes from the M6, 15 minute bus ride for Staffs Uni, 15 minutes to North Staffs Hospital.

Would prefer a long term lodger.
