Double room available in lovely shared house

We have one double room available in a spacious lovely 3 bedroom shared house.

The house has a large bathroom (with shower and bath), kitchen with double stove (gas) & washing machine, a living room and front room. (All bedrooms first floor, kitchen, living room, dining room ground floor.) There is also have a small conservatory and private back garden with bike shed.

The bedroom that is available is on the first floor and it is a good size. Furniture is available, including a double bed, bedside drawers, a large wardrobe, desk and some book shelves.

The area is quiet but very close to the centre of town (5 min walk to the main bus station and high street).

The house has gas central heating, wireless internet and BT landline.

Rent is 220 pounds per month, excluding bills.

Looking for a lively person who is respectful of others and their belongings. House sharing experience is definitely a bonus! Would suit non smoking person only. It would also be essential to stay for at least 6 months, better still if longer but this is not essential.
