Lovely Double Room In A Modern Home

Great location, lovely room, easy going housemate.

i am pretty flexible with this let, i am looking for someone who is easy to live with and like minded, ideally a professional or a mature minded student.

i would consider Monday to Friday or shorter lets also.

i work quite a lot of hours and go to the gym a lot so not around much in the week.

Room can be furnished or not although there are big fitted wardrobes in the room already.

i am looking for someone who is sociable but fairly sensible and clean/tidy,

i love travelling, sports, i am pretty environmentally aware. I would prefer someone with similar interests or is open minded.
