Short Term
We do welcome short term, but it is only about 15% cheaper than booking on another site, so don't expect these rates for long term tenants for short term. Anything less than 6 months starts at £850pcm and goes up from there.

Please note you will be subject to credit, affordability and reference checks to be approved to live in the room.
We also access if you fill fit in with the existing tenants who are professional and grad student.
