Student Room for 24/25 - Newcastle Under Lyme

Hi!

I'm taking a year of absence from university, so I'm looking for somebody to take over my uni room for next year :-)

14/07/2024 to 13/07/2025

First ten weeks of rent are half price, known as summer retainer with landlord.

First 10 weeks = £54 per week
Remainder 42 weeks = £108 per week

Total price for entire year = £5076

All bills included. This includes Internet too.

Large double bed room available in a 3 bed house for the 24/25 year. The room is the biggest bedroom in the home, and has a lot of storage. Shared bathroom with one of the other girls, as the other girl has her own ensuite.

Living room has a TV, sofas and dining table. Kitchen has microwave, oven, washer and tumble, as well as lots of storage.

The house is a 1 minute walk away from Newcastle Under Lyme Town Centre, and is right next to a morrisons too.

The two girls living there are lovely, one is 2nd year, and the other is 3rd year.
