Double room in flat close to Keele university

Double room available for a female student only. The flat is a two bedroom, ground floor flat with one parking space (which will normally be available). The flat is situated within walking distance of the university, and is close to bus stops for buses going to campus and into Newcastle (and Stoke).

I am a 2nd year PhD student at Keele university. I spend half my time in Newcastle, and the rest of the time I am at home (in Cornwall).

I'm hoping to find someone who is happy keeping on top of the cleaning whilst I'm away, and is comfortable sharing the communal spaces when I'm there. There is a good size bathroom, with a shower over the bath, a kitchen with microwave and airfryer, fibre-optic BT broadband and a TV with amazon firestick. There will also be a small desk area in the living room to study. If you need shelves etc putting up anywhere I'm happy to arrange this.
