Large double room available on ground floor (still kept private with Venetian blinds). The room has a large built-in wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers, bedside tables and shelves. There is another cupboard that in unavailable for use as it houses the fuse box, gas and electricity boxes.

The house is a nice terraced house in the Thistleberry area. The house includes use of 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, shared kitchen, dining room and lounge and a relatively spacious back garden (including gas bbq). On-street parking, permit not required.

The areas has shops about a 10 minute walk away and it well connected to public transport. There is a decent pub at the end of the road and a nice park at the other end. Keele university, town centre and Royal Stoke all about a 20-30 minute walk.

Bills are all inclusive (gas, water, electricity, internet) except council tax which is shared between non-exempt tennants.
