I have a bedroom plus second room available to let (both together) in Newcastle Under Lyme in a quiet household where I currently live alone. I'm a professional that works at home all week.
The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and space for other items and has recently been decorated. The second room also has a wardrobe, a desk and chest of drawers, plus a beanbag. (I will consider adding other items of furniture).
There's fast (full-fibre) internet available all around the house.
All bills included (energy, council tax etc).
I have 3 cats that will be friendly if you like that.
You'll have access to use the Living room (TV, Netflix etc), well equipped kitchen, dining room, and utility room with washing/drying facilities, bathroom (with shower), all with plenty of home comforts, plus a reasonable garden.
