One Double Bedroom at 4 Hempstalls Grove ST5 9NS

We have one spare room to fill as a current tenant has dropped out of the tenancy. Current tenants consist of a Forensic Chemistry student and a Psychology student. Pretty laid back and outgoing people that tidy up after themselves ( in reference to shared kitchen, bathroom, W. C and living room ). We are looking for a third that would like to join our tenancy for the academic years 26/27. As both male and female occupants are LGBT, anyone accepting is preferred (makes life easier).
