We have a double bedroom to rent in our house.
The bedroom is a large room with lots of natural light. It comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and two wardrobes.

The house is a newly built 4 bedroom house on a nice, quiet estate, just off the A34. So this is a great location for people working at Parkhouse, Lymedale, High Carr and Holditch Business & Industrial Parks and BET365. We have easy access to the M6 as well as being a 5minute drive to both UHNS and Keele University. The house is walking distance to newcastle town centre and morrisons etc and is on a main bus route into town. If you do drive there is ample free safe parking around the house both off and on road.

The house itself is spacious and has a large lounge with flat screen TV, separate kitchen diner complete with dishwasher and a conservatory so no getting under each others feet! There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The rent includes all bills (inc water, gas, electric, council tax and broadband). There are currently three people living in the house (3 girls aged 25-28).The room is available to rent from the first week of June. This room really needs to be viewed to appreciate its size! Ideally we are looking for someone who is clean, easy going, friendly and who would be up for going out once in a while.
