The property is a large modernised Victorian town house in Newcastle under Lyme. Situated in the beautiful and very desirable residential area of May Bank yet just a short drive from major commuter links (A34, A53, A500 and M6 junctions 15 & 16), town centres of Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme and Crewe, the property overlooks open parklands (‘Wolstanton Marsh’) with several quality pubs, cafés, shops, a supermarket and a range of food outlets all within short walking distance. Newcastle town centre, a 10-15min walk away, offers an abundance of restaurants, cafés, pubs, leisure facilities and larger supermarkets. Interested applicants must be willing to keep all communal areas clean and tidy, be employed (or university students with proven adequate income) and all must be able to provide identity references (from employers and/or previous landlords).
To secure the room, a refundable* deposit of £150 is required plus upfront payment for one calendar month; subsequent payments to be paid by direct debit or standing order.
