I have a double bed sized bedroom available to rent in my House. The house is situated on the Milehouse Estate adjacent to the A34 dual Carridgeway with easy access to Newcastle Town Centre, UHNS Newcastle, Keele University, Bradwell Hospital, and good access to all areas of Stoke on Trent.
The house is a traditional semi detatched house which has been modernised and has driveway with parking at the front and the back, on street parking both at the front and the back, a garage, gardens to front and rear inc lawned areas, a small pond and areas of flowers/shrubs and where I grow my own food. The house is upvc double glazed and has central heating.
The room is furnished with a single bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers, there is space for a desk or another cupboard.
The candidate will share the lounge (2 leather settees with tv), Kitchen Diner with all normal facilities inc dishwasher, washer and tumble dryer, large bathroom with bath, basin, wc and seperate power shower.
The house has fibre broadband and all normal facilities.
The room is the west facing rear bedroom which is double in size and has the sun from early afternoon to nightfall.
The area is quiet and the neighbourhood is friendly.
I am self employed and can work long hours, I am a non smoker, I don't mind smokers but not in the house itself.
