Rent is £80 per week, which includes gas, electricity, water, broadband and TV license. You will have to pay the council tax yourselves (between for people it works out £25ish/month each)

I have a homecare contract with British Gas, so any problems with central heating, electrics, plumbing and drains, someone usually will come round within 24 hours.

Kitchen contains fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, kettle and toaster.

There's a small downstairs toilet.

There's a very small communal area upstairs, which has a dining table and chairs.

Property has small sized garden with decking, so ideal for summer.
