What do you need to know?
Our typical house sharers are a friendly group of professionals and key workers who enjoy space for their own privacy within the luxury and convenience of our house shares.
 Monthly rent includes all bills - all utilities, council tax, unlimited superfast broadband and Virgin TV. We have a
 Complimentary cleaner for communal areas, gardener and window
 A nominal charge for use of the laundry machines to encourage environmental usage.
 Your security deposit is registered with Deposit Protection Service (DPS)
 Short term lets (of less than 6 months) considered, please enquire for rates and availability.

All Housemates are required to pass a referencing process to ensure you are a good fit for the house
