Large Double Room to Rent

A classic terrace, the house has a good sized dining room and lounge with a shed for storing a bicycle and it's in a really nice area. There is street parking out front and a bus stop end of the road that has buses going direct to Newcastle. I also have a washing machine and dryer. To make life easier all the bills are in my name and come to about £150 a month each so rent + bills for the room is £400 per month for a single person depending on utilities usage, if you are a couple the bills will obviously be a little higher again it depends on usage, there is also a Co-op right round the corner that's open till 11pm.

A little bit about me:

I work as a video production manager and spend much of my spare time with my daughter (who I have round every other weekend) or being a viking reenactor (which means I am often away at the weekends during the summer) I'm pretty tolerant but as I get my 6 year old daughter regularly I am looking for someone who wouldn't be bothered by that!

I am quite social, have a DnD group round every now and again, bit of a geek and enjoy gaming, a good tv series and films.
