We are a professional couple who have a large double room available in our large, modernised 3-storey Victorian townhouse located in the centre of Newcastle-under-Lyme. The house is just minutes away from the town centre and all the local amenities. The hospital is also a short walk away. The house is finished to a high standard with a large modern kitchen and bathroom. The room available for rent are on the second floor of the house with double bed, desk and wardrobe for storage. Rent includes all bills except telephone. WiFi Internet available. We also have a very friendly dog. Professionals only please.
