Large Double Room keele/hospital WiFi

Fully furnished double room in a friendly family home. Shared kitchen bathroom and living room. In the Kitchen you will have use of a washing machine, dishwasher and coffeemaker as well as the usual pots utensils etc. I have provided a double cupboard for storage and space in the fridge and freezer.
The room has been updated with a new carpet and a new mattress. Bedding and towels can be provided.
There is plenty of storage in the bedroom and a wall mounted TV. All bills are included with good wifi (I do not have a landline phone)
Quiet location with good access to motorway, shops, town centre, Keele uni and the local hospital (UHNS) there is a bus service into Newcastle every ten minuets from just around the corner but it is only 20-30mins walk.

Considerations
My son smokes outside and I would therefore consider light smoker on the same terms
Pets considered but an additional damage deposit would be requested
