Room in Rocester Near Jcb Whq

A double room in a newly renovated house. You would be sharing with a JCB Design Engineer Apprentice, 21 years old, interested in; basketball, cooking and photography. I’m quiet but socialable and will give others their space as I like mine to.

There is a driveway so parking will be shared on that and the road. All bills (gas, water, electric and broadband) are included. There is still a little bit of work being done around the house – the garden and conservatory – as the weather hasn’t been good enough to finish these yet but all the other rooms are great (see the pictures!!).

The room is ideal for any JCB employee or contractor based at JCB WHQ as it is only a 10min walk away but will also suit anyone moving to the area. My ideal lodger would be someone who is clean and tidy and likes to have a chat but isn’t intrusive.

It is listed as 7 days a week but Monday - Friday is preffered.
