I am an easy going professional lady - working away for most of the week. Looking for someone similar who is clean and tidy to rent room with double bed.

Nice comfy lounge, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, dining room with french doors to sunny lawned garden with patio for those warm days ahead (hopefully). Parking on forecourt at the front of the house Mon-Fri let preferred but can discuss.

Most bills are included but will be a capped at normal use amount and any excess will require a top-up payment.
