I am looking to rent my spare room (large double) out in a new build two bedroom property.
Furnished with double bed, wardrobe, storage cupboard.
Shared bathroom and other facilities. 1 Parking space available.
I have a small dog and a cat
Near to Rugeley town centre and train station (approx 10 minute walk)
No smokers (or vaping)

I work from home and am quiet so looking for someone who appreciates peace and quiet.
Looking for a clean / tidy / respectful person. (I do not expect to clean up / tidy up after you!)

Also happy to rent room out Monday - Friday if preferred.
