Single room

A double room to rent, very clean house, the room is furnished all clean furniture, tv in room. you can provide own furniture if prefer, use of all kitchen, washer, fridge etc, flexible with use of lounge to be discussed, use of garden at all times, there are 2 toilets in the house, parking available. I have 2 cats and regular visits from other cats. Any questions please ask. Prefer a professional working person, photo of bedroom will follow, due to being decorated currently, room can be available earlier on request
