This is a newly developed student property. This house was featured on Homes under the Hammer and no expense has been spared in developing a top-class student house with private facilities, large rooms and large communal spaces.

The property was historically two houses and later commercial open plan offices so there is plenty of space. Total area is 189 square meters. The current layout was designed by an architect and developed with students in mind.

We have 1 lovely en-suite studio available for the 2026-2027 academic year. The studio is spacious and double sized with private en suite facilities and kitchenette. The rooms are all larger than most house rooms.

The Wi fi exchange is located directly outside the house so it will be a good speed. We also have a BT Whole Home Mesh WiFi system ensuring you have excellent download and upload speeds throughout the house. All studios also have cat 5 cabling to USB points, USB charging points in the sockets and TV aerial points.

There is a large fitted kitchen which features two large fridge/freezers, washing machine and tumble dryer and a large communal living/dinning room.

We also provide a fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas.

This house is just a few minutes’ walk from local, shops, cafes and take always.

It is a short bus ride or walking distance into the town centre of Newcastle under Lyme.
It is just 1.2 miles to the University, a few minutes’ drive or cycling or walking distance.

The direct bus from Silverdale to the University and back takes just 9 minutes each way and runs every 30 minutes between 0800 and 1800.

Room 6 has two rooms.

On entering there is a study room with desk and chair and kitchenette area with breakfast bar, fridge and bar stool.

This leads onto a hallway with doors off into the en suite and bedroom.

En suite is a very large en suite with shower, toilet and wash basin.

Bedroom is fully furnished with bed, modern wardrobe and drawers.

It is located at the rear of the property at the end of the upstairs hallway and is thus in a quiet part of the house. The attached floor plan shows the rooms in the top right of the upstairs floor plan.
