The rooms have a double bed for single occupancy only, along with wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair.

Housemates keep the place very clean and tidy along with the cleaner who goes in each fortnight.

Taking a room in this house share gives you just a 10 minute walk into the town centre.

There you have great access to;

- a mainline railway station giving you direct trains to
Liverpool, Wolverhampton, Birmingham, London and
much more inbetween!

- many shops to suit all your needs.

- cafes, restaurants, fast food outlets and take-aways,
whichever you're in the mood for!

- 2 great cinemas. One older, traditional style cinema,
and the other a state of the art Odeon Luxe. Nice
reclining seats in this one for a luxury night out!

- Plenty of gyms around to keep yourself fit and the the
local swimming baths just at the end of the road.

- Stafford has some good nightlife too with clubs and
bars open till late when you've got your dancing shoes
shoes on!

A Holding Deposit of £80 is applicable upon reserving a room. This £80 will then go towards your first months rent. We do not require a deposit - just your 1st months rent before you move in.
