The property is on the rickerscote road stafford ,it is a new build , quiet area, it is a 5 minute drive to Stafford town, train station and m6 so great for commuting. I currently live there with my 2 labrador dogs very friendly and have a furnished spare room available for short or long term rent . The room consists of a single bed with storage underneath, a wardrobe and a table , there is a shared bathroom ,living room and kitchen . The living room has a TV with freeview channels and cast . The kitchen has washing machine, fridge , freezer microwave oven and all utilities . There is internet in the property aswell . Looking for a professional person who is clean and likes pets .
