The property is located near Asda and the hospitals, and easy walking distance into town

There are various room sizes on ground and first floor with prices ranging from £499 to £520 per month depending on the size.

The rooms range in size from approx 10m2 up to 12m2, and all have a small food storage area with under counter fridge freezer and cupboards. Cooking is done in the newly fitted shared kitchens which also have plenty of storage space shared utensils for your use.

Rooms come with double bed, wardrobe and also either a drop down table with folding chairs of an extended section of worktop that can be used as a desk / table. There is also a shared cinema room with 65" TV and netflix.

We have 2 high speed virgin fibre connections and each room has a directly wired ethernet port and a TV point (TV licence is provided for shared areas but in bedroom TV and licence is tenants responsibility to arrange)

High quality blackout curtains / blinds ensure a good nights sleep and our brand new gas central heating system ensures you will not be cold over winter.

Most bills are included (council tax is paid by us the landlords), it is just in room electricity that is on a separate meter that can be easily topped up online (ie paid for by you the tenant). Hot water and heating is all via the gas boiler so is paid for by us and included. Each room has its own shower (water comes from the boiler), toilet and wash hand basin in the ensuite.

We still have a small number of off street parking spaces available to rent for £5 per week on a first come first served basis
