Hi there. I'm leaving on my own and i'm looking for a new flatmate/mates. The flat is fully refurbished with a brand new kitchen, floor, carpet, bathrooms. There's a pravite parking space for every of the 4 flats in the building plus 5th parking space for a visitors. The building is located close to the town centre (5 minutes walking distance).The whole flat is fully furnished (2 sofas, dishwasher, washing machine, TV) and the bedrooms too.
