hi all,,, I have a king size room available to let in a 3 storey town house in a private quiet road, The room is fully furnished on the top floor with access to your own bathroom. I'm looking for a lodger style set up for someone who won't mind neighbours popping in and girly wine gatherings now and again. I do have a cat called George so you must be kind with animals, I would consider you having a cat but unfortunately George will not tolerate a dog.. looking forward to meeting my new house buddy... sorry but strictly no smoking or vaping.
