Double bedroom available from Sept 12th in recently renovated 3 bed house with driveway close to town centre, hospital and technical park - but in a quiet location. New bed ,mattress & carpet and own bathroom. Bills included. No laundry but there is a laundrete approx 1 minute walk away. Looking for Mon to Fri lodger who has their own home/ family to return to at weekends as need the house to myself at this time. Would suit a contractor. Somebody clean, tidy and respectful. I've had lodgers stay with me for many years so I'm quite relaxed. You will be the only lodger with live in landlord. Your belongings can stay in room full time as room will not be used by anyone else at weekends.
