Hi! I'm looking to rent out an ensuite room in my house. See pictures (untidied room for now, I'll replace the photos with tidier ones soon). I've recently rented it out to a polish chap for 9 months - he is moving to Portugal!
Dog-friendly individuals a must! Nova is now almost 3 years old! She's a 25kg German Shepherd and super friendly with people, but a bit bouncy! She's passed her Bronze Test in the KC Good Citizen Scheme.
I bought my house August 2022, first time owner for me and house: it's an extensively renovated property in an old school building - so it's got huge windows and lots of light. The address is within a short 8min walk to Stafford train station. If you have a car, I have two parking spots in my driveway, you'd be welcome to use one. It's very close to a large Tesco for all your needs. The house is situated in a site where there is ongoing development - I was the second person to purchase a property and move in. So it's very private for now! There is a gated entrance to the development.
All bills are included. 500mbs internet (I can't survive with slow internet).
I work in a school (teacher) during the day onsite rather than working from home, so I organise someone to drop in for Nova at lunchtime. There is an opportunity for someone who loves German Shepherds to have daily interactions with one! She loves people!
I have legal responsibility for two (now older) kids. They come to stay during school/university holidays - spare room upstairs and/or sofabed downstairs. So it's worth making sure you're aware of this and you don't mind occasionally being around older kids
