Current tenants are all very nice; work in care and manufacturing sectors.

A cleaner visits each fortnight to clean the communal areas with yourself being expected to keep all areas clean and tidy in-between times.
The house is kept well maintained and inspected regularly, which helps to ensure a nice, comfortable home to live in.

Close to the town centre, train station and Tesco - all around a five minute walk away. Not too far to carry your shopping bags!

Council tax is included in the rent whilst the house is banded as one property.

*No deposit is required - just a Room Holding Deposit (£one weeks worth of rent) whilst your application is processed. The £Holding Deposit then goes towards your 1st months rent.
