Current tenants are all very nice; work in care, manufacturing, retail and hospitality.

A cleaner visits each fortnight to clean the communal areas with yourself being expected to keep all areas clean and tidy in-between times.
The house is kept well maintained and inspected regularly, which helps to ensure a nice, comfortable home to live in.
