Lovely double room for single female

Newly decorated double room on ground floor. For single female preferably. Professional or student. Cloakroom on ground floor adjacent to the room and bathroom on first floor . Both shared with live in landlady. I am occasionally away from a night or so for work. . My son will occasionally be here when home from university. I have two cats so a cat lover is a must.
The house is quiet and peaceful, as is the neighbourhood, with regular buses into Stafford centre or 25 minutes walk. Plenty of road parking. Lovely gardens at front and rear of house with plenty of outdoor seating options. New boiler with instant hot water and central heating . Shower and bath. Cosy in winter with woodburner in living room. Wifi included and all other bills if student, £50 contribution to council tax if working. Band C. TV in shared living room with Netflix, Prime and other digital channels. The room has a double bed with really comfy mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers, pine trunk and shelving - can put in desk if required. New carpet, curtains etc. Fully equipped kitchen and space in cupboards for food. All my cooking equipment can be shared/used by the tenant. New washing machine in utility room.
I live fairly quietly and looking for someone to fit into a household that will be their home too but would like someone who also likes to live peacefully and quietly:) Happy to welcome an international student or medical worker.
