A nicely decorated, refurbed only last year, spacious, 6 bedroomed house share. Friendly housemates, who mostly work in care and manufacturing,. Everyone keeps the place nice, clean and tidy along with the fortnightly visit from the cleaner.

Just over a 5 minute walk to the train station and town centre for all your social activities and shopping. Only a few minutes walk to a 24hr Tesco - so not far to carry your shopping bags!

Council tax is included in the rent whilst the house is banded as one property,

A £Holding Deposit is required to reserve the room whilst your application is processed. This £Holding Deposit will go towards your 1st rent payment.

Depending upon applicant circumstances, we sometimes do require a deposit of five weeks worth of rent and a guarantor.
