Council tax is included in the rent whilst the house is banded as one property,

£145 Holding Deposit is required to reserve the room whilst your application is processed. This £145 will go towards your 1st rent payment. This is non-refundable should you back out, however, if we deem your application unsuitable then we will refund the Holding Deposit.

Depending upon applicant circumstances, we sometimes do require a deposit of five weeks worth of rent and a guarantor.
