Fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a shared bathroom with a toilet, bath & power shower, however, each room has its own washbasin and Room 1 has its own toilet.

Fantastic country location for a tidy mature employed person. We are approximately 5 miles from Stafford and Cannock.

Not suitable for night-shift workers or working from home

Own transport is essential.

All Nationalities are welcome.

There is a £200 Damage deposit, refundable on leaving.

Applicants must have had at least their first vaccination.
