Lovely apartment, 5 mins walk from Stafford centre

I am a friendly, sociable 32 yr old looking to find a similar person to share my home with. Preferably a female.

I tend to chill in the week, share the odd meal and occasional glass of wine and catch up after a long day at work. At the weekend I usually work out, socialise, or visit friends and/or family.

The apartment is lovely and spacious, downstairs is all open plan. The shared bathroom has a shower and a bath. No pets are allowed.

Although there is no garden there is a grassy area out of the back which can be used.

The apartment is ideally located; 5 mins from Asda; 5-10 mins walking distance to the town centre; 5-10mins from Tesco extra; 15 mins walk to the train station. Also, just 10 mins driving distance to both juncions 13 and 14 off the M6 motorway.

I am looking for a female of similar age and mind-set to share my apartment with. Someone who is prepared to share the cleaning responsibilites, and be easy going.
