Single Room To Let

The house is within walking distance of the town centre and the university. We have had foreign students from the university staying with us in the past.

Parking in the area is somewhat limited, but not impossible. We do have a drive, but I'm not sure that there's enough room for two cars on it. Certainly, if you have a moped or motorbike, you could bring it round to the back of the house.

The room is of a moderate size and is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, shelves and desk.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate and who is either a student or out at work during the day.

We have several pets; two cats, four chickens, so someone who likes animals would be good.
