One double room at £65/week and one single room at £55/week inc bills in a great house share. The rooms have carpet, curtains, smoke alarm, electric heater and your own Yale lock on the door. The rooms are un-furnished but we may be able to supply a bed frame for you if required. Shared lounge, hallway, kitchen and bathroom. Parking on the large driveway. The bus stop into Stafford Town Centre is right outside the house. Stafford Town/Train Station 10-15 mins walk. Full/part-time working only please, sorry no students or DSS.
Minimum 6 months Tenancy Agreement(can be extended).
