The house is very private with its own courtyard and gate. You will have your own lounge, own shower room, small kitchen appliances without sharing with other people.

Parking is not available at the main drive. However there are a few off-road parking spaces next door available at the evening (dentist’s car park) from 6pm till the next morning 8am, available ALL times on Saturday and Sunday.

The location is perfect, very close to the Stafford Town Centre, 2 mins walk to the PC World and TK Maxx, 5 mins walk to Asda. Walking Distance to Alstom (GE) company, so this is an ideal location for people who works in Alstom (GE) as well.

Smoke free and Pet free house.

This Annex house will suitable for either single working professional /student or a couple who will look after the property with manner.

No deposit required, however I do require two months’ rent in advance.

Bills (electricity and water) is not included but only very small cost to maintain due to the small size of the property!
