Looking for students for house on Oxford Gardens

I'm looking for between 2 to 3 students to live in the house I have organised for next university year (though the rooms are available sooner if needed). The rent is £60 a week and bills are not included but are fairly cheap.
There are two large rooms and one small room available and the house is fully furnished with the bonus of both a washer and drier (no more hanging up laundry for you!).
There isn't a deposit but when I moved in I had to pay a £100 retainer, it should be unchanged.
I've lived here the last year and it's a great student place, nicely situated (it's in the one part of the street with better parking) with nearby shops and town is only a short walk away.
