Furnished Double Room

Looking for a friendly housemate although I am very infrequently at the property due to work. So whoever takes on a room would need to be trustworthy and respectful given how much they would have the house to themselves. I have a spacious and furnished double room for rent along with a smaller single also furnished. I seek a reliable tenant who is clean and tidy. Semi-detached house within walking distance to Stafford town centre and the train station with very easy access to M6 and A34.
