The washing machine & dryer are located in the utility with all the laundry equipment you'll need.

Outside there's a table and chair set with benches and a BBQ, there's also a lockable shed for you to store bikes and other items if needed.

Plus if any maintenance issues arise there dealt with as a matter of emergency, usually within 24 hours!
