All rooms have double bed, desk, draw unit and wardrobe. Aerial point for TV in every room.

Quiet part of the street with adequate parking at all times of day. 10 minute walk to town, 5 mins from J14 of M6. Shops, pubs, parks all a few minutes walk. Bus stop within 2 mins.

I am looking to fill the house with friendly and considerate tenants who will look after the place as if it is their own. In return I am an honest and fair landlord who will always be quick to solve any problems you might have at the house. I do not use an agent and you will only ever deal with me personally.
