The house is 2 yrs old, fully furnished, shared comfy lounge TV/blu ray player, fully fitted kitchen inc washing machine and dishwasher, 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms but will not be renting the 3rd room out it is turned into a second lounge & to allow privacy in the house. There are patio doors from lounge out to the garden, patio furniture, gas BBQ etc... All bills inc utility, unlimited wifi and council tax included.
