Double room close to town centre & hospital

Double room is shared house available from 10th of August. Old Victorian terraced house in in a good location about 10 min. walk from the town and hospital, but away from busy road. The double room is freshly decorated and carpeted, quite and contain double bed, desk, build in wardrobe. Wi-fi Internet, washing machine, TV, brand new kitchen, bathroom ( walk in shower & bath), dining/living room with big table in the house. Access to the garden. I am a living in landlady, who is looking well after the property. I am looking for a considered , mature, no smoking professional . I hope cat would not be a problem.
