I’m a live in landlord in a terraced property in a quiet side street only 6minutes walk to the town centre, Staffordshire University and Hospital. Stafford rail station is a further 6 minute walk. The property has central heating, shared bathroom, fully fitted kitchen with gas hob, electric oven and microwave. There two living areas for either socialising or if required, study/reading own space. There is plenty of on street parking plus a car park space at rear of the property off the service road.

Rents vary subject to length of occupancy and duration of let: under 4 week let is payable in advance as no deposit is required.
5 day week payable at £90 per week;
7 day week payable at £126 per week;
Longer than a 4 week let is payable at monthly rate - subject to deposit and a month in advance.
5 days a week = £360pm– 7days a week = £504pm
