A smallish but pleasant garden, perfect for relaxation and catching some rays.. ever the optimist!
I perceive myself to be a welcoming and friendly house mate. I'm more 'creative' than minimalistic. I have two cats age 15 years.. they like to give the impression that they are in charge! You don't have to love them but cat friendly you'll need to be!
When I'm not buzzing around I enjoy 'chillaxing' at home.. two lounges downstairs to allow own space & tv choice.
I am happy to consider short term stays. If a couple, rent increase by 20.00 per week.
