If you are looking for a very calm and relaxing house share, then this room will be ideal. You will only be sharing with three other housemates and it is very likely you will rarely see them! The kitchen, bathroom and living room will usually always be vacant and it will feel like you have the house to yourself. The neighbors are also very quite.

The current full time employed housemates are clean, friendly and respectful and I am always extra careful to whom I rent rooms too, so you can rest assured that you will always be living with decent people!

The house itself is virtually new as it was completely refurbished not so long ago, and is always kept clean and tidy. As a private local landlord, I respond quickly to any maintenance issues, so you do not have to be concerned in the unlikely event something will need to be fixed. The Room is lockable and all modern furnishings are provided including a memory foam mattress.

There is on street free parking, and the house is a 5 minute walk to the center of Stoke. Stoke distribution center is a 15 minute walk away and there is easy access to the M6 junctions 15 and 16, the A50 and A500.
