This delightful student property has recently undergone a major refurbishment. It is, therefore, finished and decorated to a superb standard.

Indeed, it’s a house that any Staffordshire University student would be happy to call home.

The bedrooms are quite spacious. They have white walls, doors and woodwork that is nicely offset against a dark grey carpet. The pastel dressings give the bedrooms a warm and homely feel.

In addition, some of the rooms have a desk and chair, and each has ample storage.

The sublime loft room, with its roof windows, is quite stunning. Moreover, it’s the perfect space to relax and study.

The shared community lounge is typical of a mid-terraced lounge in the area. That is to say there is a door that leads to the kitchen, and one to the stairs.

This pleasant social area has a feature wall, adorned with a striking mural. There are two 2-seater sofas and a coffee table. These are the perfect accompaniment for the wall-mounted TV.

The kitchen is compact but contains all the essentials. Cooker and hob, fridge freezer, and washing machine. As with all our student accommodation, you will have the use of a microwave, kettle and toaster as standard.

The beauty of this charming property in Stoke student quarter is that it has two shower rooms. One on either floor. Thus, you won’t be competing with housemates when you need to get ready.

You’ll be situated just one street away from the College Road campus. Likewise, Leek Road campus is also on the doorstep.

Stoke-on-Trent train station is just down the road. And Stoke town centre is a short walk away. So you’re never far from a good restaurant or a good bar.

Hence, this student house is in a wonderfully convenient spot.
