Modern Room To Rent For Students

I have a single room (would easily fit a small-double bed) to rent in a newly renovated house in Penkhull - £89 per week (bills included) available from the start of December.
I am only looking for a University of Keele OR Staffordshire University student (including Erasmus, masters or PhD students!) to take over the room.
The house is really homely and clean, and there is also a garden. There are two bathrooms and one downstairs toilet. It’s located conveniently close to the hospital and the train station. Staffordshire University is a short walk away, and Keele is a short drive. The house is shared with 3 other people (2 females and a male), who are all absolutely lovely.
The room itself is airy, bright and modern. It is furnished with new furniture- a desk, large wardrobe, bed, a bed side table and plenty of storage space.
