The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk and chair. The house has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
Each tenant has his own allocated fridge freezer and plenty of numbered cupboard space in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave oven.
Current household is female.
