The rooms are furnished with double beds, chest of drawers, wardrobes, desks and chairs. The house has two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
Each tenant has his own allocated fridge freezer and plenty of numbered cupboard space in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a large oven, washing machine, toaster, kettle and microwave oven.
