House Share in Period House in Conservation Area

Hi there, I am looking for a third person to share a delightful characterful 1840's house in a private road in a conservation area- (The Villas in stoke) I have available a large double room in large house. with gardens and private parking The house is in a very quiet area, on a private road. I am a very easy going pleasant professional friendly guy and looking for someone to share who will be respectful, tidy and hopefully an interesting and friendly person to share with. I don't mind long or short term but a minimum of 3 months and open to extension for as long as you like. The room is available immediately, but I am in no rush to fill it as I am happy to wait for the right person to share with. The room is large and recently decorated with new carpets mattress, etc I am asking £550 for the larger double but this covers everything and it is a large house and gardens and would suit someone who is looking for more than just an HMO. More important than the money is to find someone who I can trust and get on with. The house allows for us all to have lot's of space and privacy. The villas in Stoke is a really nice area and convenient for the station and hospital. There is ample parking and walking distance to local shops.

I am a mature (59) but young at heart guy, well travelled and educated with a variety of interests. I do go away a lot so am looking for someone whom I can trust to be respectful of the house and whom I feel confident leaving alone when I am away. I work locally four days a week and am really easy to get along with. I am gay which is incidental but I mention it only so you know, and I have no preference on sex sexuality age or nationality of housemate. I have varied interests - guitar, chess, outdoors, walking climbing, current affairs, travel and get on with all types of people. The main thing I am looking for is someone who is mature sensible and easy to live with. The house is a very nice place to live with ample space for three people to have privacy and space. There are 3 bedrooms large lounge and kitchen and the rent includes all amenities, bills, broadband, netflix, T. V and fully furnished. There is also a large cellar if you need to store stuff and I am clean tidy and hygienic.
